Mr. Patnaude has over 12 years combined experience and education in the Land Surveying Profession. He began his career in a small firm that dealt in specialty surveys such as adverse possession rights, imminent domain cases, and general court cases for some of the most well know Lawyers in the Las Vegas area. Within his first year, Mr. Patnaude quickly became the lead surveyor in the firm and was put in charge of preparing the various types of court exhibits and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. When an opportunity arose for Mr. Patnaude to become the Mapping Manager at an International Engineering firm, he quickly seized the opportunity and helped that company grow in its Civil and Public works department, quickly becoming one of the largest firms in the Las Vegas Valley. As Mapping Manager he was responsible in all aspect of surveying, including but not limited to: field surveying, construction staking, GPS networks, ALTA/ACSM Surveys, General Plats, Record of Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Court Cases, Coordination and meetings with public and private firms, Topographical Survey field work and drafting, Aerial Company Coordination, and much more. Mr. Patnaude, being one of the very few in the nation to have his CFedS License is already making his mark in Southern Nevada as one of the premier surveyors, being requested to give seminars for State Specific PLS test and ALTA/ACSM seminars to Title Companies. When an opportunity came for Jason to work with a new firm and gain new skills he took advantage of it.  Jason is in charge of Drafting, Mapping Standards, Quality Control, and many other surveying related items.
